Additionally, the VLE provides guidance on showcasing ten key employability skills that you can develop through your studies and other experiences.

In our VLE, you can improve your employability at your own pace by completing short courses known as career micro-modules. The Career Planning and Professional Impact, Profile, and Success, and Global Employability Skills micro-modules are designed to complement your studies and will be added to your degree transcript once completed successfully.

We provide a complete series of live careers education webinars to help improve your job-hunting and career management skills, all led by our expert Careers Consultants. If you miss a session, you can access an on-demand library of recordings. Additionally, you can take part in live group career coaching sessions, where you can ask questions about your career plans.

Expand your network by participating in our Alumni and Employer events, which offer valuable insights into different industries and sectors, with speakers from around the globe. Sessions will cover topics such as entering various sectors and professions, as well as exploring future work trends and how to navigate them.

Our Careers Connect platform allows you to register for career events, find job opportunities, and discover employer events that support your career growth. You can also access micro-courses on key topics, including improving your CV and enhancing your interview skills.
